RELCAP Completes Winchester Housing Site

RELCAP have completed the purchase of a development site in Kingsworthy, Winchester, Hampshire for 3 x luxury detached homes. Contractors have been appointed and Works are underway on site and completion is scheduled for September 2016.

Savills Winchester have been instructed to market the properties which range between 1800 sq. ft to 2800 sq. ft and priced in the region of 900,000 each.
