REL Pub Co purchase Tutto Mare Restaurant, Bar and Club on Kings Road Chelsea out of administration in July 2018 from CBW administrators. Dentons lawyers acted for the administrator on behalf of the bank, and Moore Blatch acted on behalf of the purchaser. The site with a late night license and club in the basement, ground floor bar and restaurant with large outdoor terrace on the kings road, with four letting suites to the first floor. The site is the second purchased in two months in Chelsea, after the Pigs Ear just a mile away and off the Kings Road was purchased recently.
